Experience the full charm of a historic 1920 Hudson Valley farmhouse by reserving both apartments together for one stay. This option combines the first-floor retreat and second-floor loft into a single private home, making it an excellent choice for families or small groups exploring the Stone Ridge area together.
With both floors included, guests enjoy the character of the original farmhouse along with added space to gather, relax, and spread out comfortably. The layout allows for shared time together while still giving everyone their own quiet corners within the home.
A highlight of the property is the private wood-fired sauna and backyard stone patio. After a day exploring the Gunks or hiking the trails of Minnewaska State Park, groups often return to light the sauna, cook dinner, and enjoy the peaceful countryside setting.
The farmhouse sits in the historic hamlet of Stone Ridge, surrounded by farmland and some of the Hudson Valley’s most scenic landscapes. From here you are within easy reach of Mohonk Preserve, the Shawangunk Mountains, local farm markets, wineries, and small towns that give the Rondout Valley its distinctive character.

Why they chose this property
A lot of small details were thought out for the guests to be comfortable, to cook meals, enjoy fresh high quality morning coffee and enjoy the place. The place is a beautiful historical house in Stone Ridge and near tourists attractions, restaurants, and hikes. House is a part of historical heritage of Stone Ridge and used to belong to a local blacksmith and possibly Mr Cooper himself who had his shop set up on the first floor. We are serious about the cleanliness and service, ready to go the extra step to make sure that guests enjoy their stay. We also keep improving and updating the place all the time.
