Schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Der Außenbereich hat unter der Nutzung schon etwas gelitten, ist aber in Ordnung. Die Lage ist ok, man kann innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten alles mit dem Auto erreichen, fußläufig ist um das Haus herum allerdings nicht viel. Wir hatten, wie die Vormieter, ebenfalls eine "Partygruppe" im Nebenhaus, was den Familienurlaub etwas torpediert hat, da die Lautstärke schon störend war. Ansonsten kann man das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr geräumig. Etwas wenig Putzmaterialien und keine Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer.Der Poolbereich ist recht gefährlich, die verbauten Fliesen sind sehr rutschig und scharfkantig. Der Pool selbst ist standardmässig aber in Ordnung und sauber und ausreichend grossDa das Haus an Feldränder und Baumflächen gebaut wurde, was einerseits wirklich sehr schön ist, gibt es abends sehr viele verschiedene Insekten im Sitzbereich. Wir würdenndas nicht als Kritikpunkt sehen, aber Menschen die Angst davor haben, sollten es berücksichtigen.Es ist ein Komplex aus 4 Häusern und leider hatten wir die gesamte Woche Partygruppen als Nachbarn. Unerträglich laute Musik ab Mittags im Ballermann-Niveau bis teils 3 Uhr Nachts. Grölende, kreischende Gruppen in jedem Haus. Leider nichts für Ruhesuchende. Wir waren selbst eine altersgemischte Gruppe, aber das war selbst den 16- 28 jährigen zuviel des Guten und einfach nur unangenehm.Wer keine Ruhe sucht und auf Du-und-Du ist mit Insekten aller Art, findet hier ein sehr hübsches, solides Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage👍
