Your family will love everything about this charming and beautifully updated ranch home. One mile walk to the beach, just around the corner from the Scoop Deck, as well as easy Rte 1 access. This rare double lot on a quiet dead end street has plenty of parking as well as a fire pit, lawn games, grill and more. The home gives all types of families many options. Perfectly located to go and enjoy all Wells has to offer, but still have the space and privacy you want at the end of the day.
Other things to note
The property is sprayed intermittently throughout the season for ticks and mosquitoes. If the application will be during your stay, you will be notified ahead of time. Tuesday morning is the usual day/time of the application.

Great house for a family visit to Wells. Our group (grandparents, parents, and two kids) stayed for a week in August. The house has been recently updated and the extra half bath was a nice bonus over a lot of other places in the area. The location is great—just a few blocks from the Scoop Deck and not too far from the beaches. The neighborhood is quiet.
