-Back patio has removable child safety fence between back patio dining area and pool area that can be put in place for the security of small children. This is in addition to the back patio door pool alarm required by local laws.

* Heat for the pool available for an additional fee of $45/night. It is recommended to add heat from approximately October 31 through March 31.
*Please note that if you would like the Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation and all spa/pool heating requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in and is required for your entire stay at the house.

PARKING:
Our home has it's own private driveway that accommodates up to (3) small cars or (2) medium to large vehicles. Additional free parking is provided in our neighborhood overflow parking lot with 18+ additional parking stalls. This overflow lot is located across our residential street and 3 houses to the north.

COMMUNITY ACCESS & SECURITY:
This wonderful home is part of the Encore Reunion Resort community and for your security is located behind a secured gated entrance to the neighborhood. As our guest you will be issued a QR code the morning of your arrival via email which you will use to get through the security gates to enter our neighborhood. In addition, the community provides a full time security office and patrols the neighborhood on a regular basis. This wonderful amenity gives us and our guests a great sense of security of which we are very grateful.

RING DOORBELL CAMERA
Although our home is located within a serene and safe neighborhood, we maintain a focus on guest security. As such, we have installed a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, providing an added layer of safety. The camera is pointed away from the front door out to the street for your privacy.

CLEANING PROTOCOLS:
- Your safety is so important to us and something we take very seriously.
- We have engaged a property management and cleaning service that are not only professional but works hard to be extremely thorough in their cleaning service.
- All surfaces, appliances, and housewares are cleaned and disinfected before each stay.
- All towels and linens are run through a thorough wash and dry cycle at the recommended temperatures.
