Spacious beach home on Pelican island, Seaside Heights! Walking distance to the bay for kayaking, jetski, fishing and boat rentals! 3 minute drive to the beach and boardwalk or a bike ride away! This home has brand new renovated kitchen, balconies and front porch to relax! We offer backyard with patio set and outdoor grill.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please empty sink/dishwasher

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

-Return beach badges. $70 charge per beach badge that is lost - Unapproved late check out will incur $250/hr -Please follow garbage/recycle schedule

-Must be 25 years old + to rent and must be present during entire duration of the stay - No illegal activities I.e. underage drinking, etc.

No additional overnight guests- occupancy is 8 max. Will incur a fine. Contact host immediately if any damage or issue occurs
