Freshly updated and incredibly comfortable 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath townhome with direct waterfront view and access to the beautiful Pemigewasset River. The views of Loon Mountain / South Peak trails are spectacular and just across the river. Picture yourself swimming or floating in a tube at "Gravity Hole" right out the backdoor, or close-by walk to popular Old Hole or Lady's Bathtub. If relaxing and swimming at a pool is more your choice, the clubhouse has both outdoor and indoor heated pools. For exercise there is also tennis and pickleball courts onsite. This is a superb 4 season vacation getaway where all your favorite amenities, activities, restaurants, and downtown shops are easily accessible. This is the vacation getaway you dream of!!!

The townhome is also located within a close walk (300 yards) to the area's top restaurants and downtown shops. Just steps away the clubhouse has a hot tub to soothe the aches from a day of hiking; including men and women's locker rooms each with showers and a sauna.

The large main living area is tastefully decorated with a comfortable mountain cabin vibe and accented with a stunning floor to cathedral ceiling stone fireplace. The propane fireplace is easy on and off and approved for renters use (unlike woodburning fireplaces that are not approved for renters use). The dining area has a large bar top table for socializing and family dinners. The large downstairs family room with smart TV is a great kid's getaway and has breath-taking views of the Pemi River. There is also a set of bunk beds in the family room for overflow guests.

There are (2) two separate cathedral ceiling master suites for privacy and relaxation - one master suite has a King bed and the 2nd a Queen. Both master suites have AC units. The other 2 downstairs bedrooms have Queen beds and are tastefully decorated.

The expanded outside deck overlooking the river is a perfect place for morning coffee, reading a book, or grilling dinner with your favorite cocktail in hand. The sound of the river flowing by is simply therapeutic and relaxing. The deck also has a social sitting area with a propane firepit and separate propane heater for those chilly nights. Hang out and reminisce about the day's activities. For your convenience, there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Just simply park your car and relax as this home has all amenities easily accessible and promises to be a memorable vacation experience with family and friends... it just doesn't get any better!!!

Wonderful stay

We stayed for 3 nights in the fall. The unit is even nicer than the pictures. It's spacious and comfortable. It is also very well stocked with everything you could need. We will certainly stay here again!

Perfect place for family vacation

The location was perfect and townhouse was immaculate! There was plenty of room for our family. It is well-decorated and the view of the river was amazing! The owner was responsive and attentive to details. Check-in process was easy. There is an indoor and outdoor pool which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Easy walk to the river. Great rental for a family vacation!

Very comfortable and great location in Lincoln.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owners emailed us ahead of time to let us know what was provided and things to do around the area. The place. had everything we needed. The purpose of our trip was to ski. The location to Loon Resort, shops, and restaurants is the best in the area. We especially loved the gas fireplace and cozy sofa in the morning and after dinner. We hope to be back again.

We had our parents stay with us and our 2 children ages 2 and 7. Very spacious for us, cozy and convenient! Their home has all the items needed you wouldn’t want to travel with including hair dryers, laundry detergent etc. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace after a long day of skiing.

Lincoln getaway

This home is in a great location of restaurants and shopping, for walking and biking. The homeowner was very helpful with a list of household items, and willing to share favorites in the area. So we were well informed before we arrived. Home is spacious and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. I so enjoyed sitting on the deck with a great view of the river.

2024 White Mountain Vacation

We absolutely enjoyed our trip to the White Mountains! The condo was clean, comfortable and as stated in the listing. We received an email from the owner a few weeks before our trip to let us know what was provided, what we needed to bring, as well as what the local area had to offer. It was very thorough and greatly appreciated. I must say that we were challenged with access to the beautiful Pemi River. It was a great family vacation and we enjoyed our stay.

This is it!

We’ve done several winter long weekends around Lincoln/Loon over the years and this was our best rental experience across the board. Arty was a very gracious host. He made us feel welcomed in his home from the moment I booked, and was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This is a spacious, well appointed condo with a spectacular view of the river and South Peak slopes. Big enough for two families, with four private bedrooms, plus bunk room/family room for the kids. Short walk to the association pool/hot tub, and mountain shuttle pickup/drop off at your doorstep. Everything we needed for a wonderful family vaca on the slopes. Can’t wait to return!

This home has it all!

We had the pleasure of staying in this Condo at the end of January and it was everything that is advertised! We had 8 adults and an 8 year old and there was more than enough room. Plenty of storage for ski equipment, the fireplace was awesome, kitchen had everything we needed! Loon is a few minutes away, and we also went to Ice Castles, and tubing at Loon. The shuttle to Loon comes right by the door and I recommend taking advantage of that Friday-Sunday as the parking lots fill up fast at Loon on those days. Arty was great to work with and checking in was seemless! I can't say enough great things about their home - We'll definitely be back!

White Mountains Family Vacation

Great central location for hiking, walking in the woods, and visiting the White Mountains.Excellent layout for our family of mom and dad plus three adult kids. Everyone enjoyed having their own comfortable, nicely furnished bedrooms. The lower level family room is great for gaming and late night movie watching separate from the open concept main level living space. Everything needed to be comfortable was provided. We enjoyed lounging on the deck taking in the views and sounds of rushing water from the Pemigewasset River. The clubhouse has two very clean pools & we swam every day. It was great to have both indoor & outdoor options. There is a fun walking trail right behind the clubhouse leading to a local swimming hole. Close proximity to restaurants - we esp. liked Gordi’s and the Woodstock Inn & Brewery as well as yummy ice cream spots! Excellent communication with owner. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks for a great week!

Our family of 6 has been vacationing in NH for the past 30 years. We purchased this home in 2005 primarily to spend quality time together and ski at Loon Mountain. Over the years, we have come to experience year-round living in the White Mountains and thoroughly enjoy each season. In the summer we enjoy hiking, fishing, and swimming in the river water holes right out the back door. The fall brings incredible foliage beauty where I've also enjoyed some great motorcycle riding. We love the fall season here so much our youngest daughter got married in the fall of 2022 with the venue at the top of Loon Mountain. We also love the winter season since we are avid skiers and also enjoy snowshoeing. The spring season is awesome for kayaking, tennis, and pickleball. Hiking is fantastic year-round. We absolutely love the NH White Mountains and rivers and know you will too. Come start your memorable family experiences. We are confident your family will be hooked too!!!

The location cannot be beat. Period! I would challenge there is not a better spot in all of Lincoln. The property is both on the waterfront of the Pemigewasset River for swimming and fishing while also looking directly across at Loon Mountain / South Peak trails and chairlift. In addition, you can walk within 300 yards to 5 of the area's top restaurants including; The Common Man, Gordie's Fish and Steakhouse, Black Mountain Burger, CJ's Penalty Box Pub, & Exit 32 Pizza and Pub.
