Location is great! Stillwaters Area is lovely. Small pool and outside kitchen area dedicated to building 200. The bed was very comfortable and that’s a nice surprise as often, rentals leave a lot to be desired. This was great. You have most basic utensils, etc that you need in the kitchen. But, it’s a little leaner than what we usually experience. Communication with owner was disappointing. When we arrived, we could not find the exact address in our Vrbo app. It’s not my first time to use Vrbo. We messaged the owner upon arrival (trying to check in) and had never heard from him by the time we checked out. You never know what’s going on in a person‘s life so maybe there were extenuating circumstances but that is why my review is lower. Overall it’s nice and the location scores many points!

The condo is in need of repairs and updates. Screen door was broken and the sliding door would not lock. Front door and interior doors do not close properly. When we reached out about problems with both toilets, someone was sent out but was not able to fix the issues. Master tub did not drain correctly and showers ran cold very quickly. All in all, without changes and repairs, we will not be back and would not recommend this. The location was great but the lack of proper maintenance makes the negatives outweigh the positives.

The unit was generally clean, but some of the kitchen amenities were lacking. The kitchen sink was clogged and some of the kitchen appliances were dirty and worn out. The locks didn't work on doors leading out onto balconies.

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful. It was clean when we arrived and we loved the balcony that overlooked the lake. Our only complaint would be that the hot water supply was a little low if two people were showering at the same time. Other than that we had a wonderful stay at this property.
