I stayed at Margarete’s place in Wardt, Xanten and would recommend it, I had a lovely stay there, it’s very quiet, clean great location at the Margarete is a perfect host, very friendly and attentive.

Die Vermieterin war super lieb, freundlich und einfühlsam.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten zwar nicht kochen, aber auf jeden Fall unser Frühstück im Kühlschrank lagern. Eine Mikrowelle war vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und sauber. Das Bad war barrierefrei und modern eingerichtet. Was auf jeden Fall schön war, wir durften einen Hund mitnehmen, der zu keiner Zeit gestört hat.

Kurztrip

Wir wollten es gerne einfach aber sauber, sowie Natur und Wasser aber City in erreichbarer Nähe. Und das passte alles. Nächstemal würden wir jedoch etwas mit Küchenzeile bevorzugen. Dass es ein Pferdehof/ Bauernhof war, gefiel uns, da wir auch mit Hund unterwegs waren. Es hätte jedoch aufgeräumter aussehen können, einfach mal eben den Sperrmüll bestellen. Aber alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Erholsame Umgebung

Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs, die kurze Distanz zum Wasser, einfach optimal. Schön angelegte Wanderwege mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Schiffsrundfahrt gemacht. Die Ferienunterkunft ist wie beschrieben, mit Rauchmelder versehen. Schön gestaltet. Da das Gelände großflächig ist, wussten wir erst nicht, wo wir uns anmelden sollten. Durch ein Telefonat, konnte dies aber leicht geklärt werden.

Viel Luft nach oben

Freundliche Vermieter, aber....an der gesamten Infrastruktur muss noch einiges verbessert werden. Kein Sitzplatz irgendwo draußen, kein vernünftiger Parkplatz ( ohne Vogelscheiße auf dem Auto) , keine Bedienungsanleitung für elektrische Geräte. Lüfter im Bad reizt zu Ohrenschmerzen, Sauberkeit ist nicht unbedingt die Stärke des Objektes. Alles in allem wäre noch viel zu verbessern.

Hallo Werner, vielen Dank für das Feedback. Wir sind immer bemüht, den Gästen einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Aber, wenn Sie einen Aufenthalt auf einem Bauernhof im Naturschutzgebiet buchen, kann man mal mit Vogelkot rechnen. Die Zimmer sind immer im sehr sauberen Zustand und die technischen Geräte sind bisher von jedem Gast problemlos bedienbar gewesen. Parkmöglichkeiten konnten wir bisher ebenfalls jeden unserer Gäste anbieten.
