Very disapointed

Das angemietete Appartment war ein Desaster. Wohnung verdreckt, Schimmel und Dreck in Dusche und Kühlschrank. Das Geschirr in den Schränken war ebenfalls dreckig und nicht benutzbar. Das Herd Ceranfeld war voll mit verbrannten Kochresten. Weiter funktionierten von Anfang an der Fernseher nicht, in den letzten 5 Tagen auch die Klimaanlage nicht mehr. Insgesamt alles sehr enttäuschend, wir werden nicht nochmals über FEWO buchen.

Betreuung pfui!

Bei der Übergabe hatte Herr Andre Szymanski mir kurz den Fernseher erklärt mit der Aussage : spanische Sender, gut ok, aber man bekommt ja Netflix! Meine Frage : wie startet man, Aussage von H. S. ganz einfach, nur die Netflix Taste drücken! Kam natürlich ganz anders, man mußte Die Handynummer des Nutzers angeben, hat Netflix aber nicht angenommen. Daraufhin habe ich Herrn S. mehrfach angerufen:er hat nicht abgenommen!? Daraufhin habe ich ihm einemail geschrieben, keine Reaktion von Herrn S., am nächsten Tag nocheinmal geschrieben, daß er sich doch bitte melden sollte! Gestern schrieb er zurück, er hätte mail nicht gesehen, lag im spam!! Da die Wohnung auch keinen Balkon hatte musste ich jeden abend versuchen diesen draußen zu verbringen.Da ich kein Auto hatte war das alles nicht so einfach. Wenigstens hatte er mir für 6.30 Uhr heute morgen ein Taxi bestellt! So habe ich noch keinen Betreuer für eine Fewo gehabt. Dieser ist sein Geld für die Novasol nicht wert!!! MfG U.Wagner
