The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 10 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

Hi, we are your hosts, Scott and Andrea Pelly. We are a family of 4 that moved from North Vancouver in August 2021 to this beautiful acreage in the Comox Valley. We love the space our new property provides us. We both like to work in the yard and Scott can pursue his woodworking passion. We enjoy all the things to do in the beautiful Comox Valley. We had been vacationing here for years skiing and Mountian biking on Mount Washington Alpine Resort and finally decided to call this home.
We welcome you to our cottage!

We are located down a short quiet gravel road which gives you the feeling you have escaped city life, yet all the conveniences only a 10 min. drive away. Our property backs onto Seal Bay Nature Reserve with an endless trail system.
