Additional features include two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom and king size bed, a private patio, washer/dryer and garage parking. This residence can be converted into a one-bedroom and studio.

Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch is also available.

Construction activity through September 1st may be visible or occasionally audible from this condo, though disruptions are expected to be minimal. A discounted rate has been applied in consideration of this anticipated impact. Please contact our reservations team with questions.

Fabulous weekend

We could omit have asked for a better long weekend getaway. The ease of skiing in and out coupled with being a short walk from the village gave us the relaxing time we needed away.

Nice place

The location is great. Less than 10min walk to beaver creek village and you can ski on/off. The apartment itself was clean and a good layout. We have two kids and it held us comfortably. However, while the complex looks relatively new, the apartment could use a remodel. It definitely reminded me of stepping into my grandparents house.
