The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Scharbeutz. The beach can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes and the center of Scharbeutz is about 1.5 km away.

The light-flooded living room is cleverly divided: the open kitchen has a cooking island with bar stools, so that you can conjure up culinary highlights together on vacation. The dining area is right next to it and the large seating area on the window front invites you to relax. From here you get into the beautiful fenced and secluded garden with a terrace and beach chair. Thanks to the south-west orientation, you can enjoy the sun from noon to evening.
The larger of the two bedrooms is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 wide) and in the spacious wardrobe you can easily store your entire holiday wardrobe. The smaller bedroom has two single beds, each 0.80 wide. This newly renovated apartment is rounded off by the interior bathroom with a large corner shower and a towel radiator.

An sich ist die Wohnung schön und gut gelegen jedoch wurde die Renovierung etwas lieblos durchgeführt. In den Ecken war nicht ordentlich gesaugt. Auf der Terrasse war mehrere cm hohes Unkraut, dass seit Monaten nicht entfernt wurde. Das Bett ist unglaublich weich und daher hatten wir bereits nach der ersten Nacht Rückenschmerzen. Aufgrund dieser Kritikpunkte finden wir das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen.

Gute Strandnahe Lage

Erster Eindruck des Doppelhauses (FEWO im Erdgeschoss)ist nicht gut. Das Haus von außen und das Grundstück sind ungepflegt. Deshalb gibt es wohl auch kein Bild davon bei Baltic. Nur der Rasen war gemäht im Garten. Unkraut auf der Terrasse und vor dem Haus auf dem Stellplatz. Stellplatz wegen steiler Einfahrt nur bedingt nutzbar. Gartenmöbel ...inkl. Strandkorb o.k.. Inneneinrichtung wie auf den Bildern = o.k., aber es fehlen z.B. Gläser für Wein, Bier und Sekt. In den Ecken und unter den Betten schlecht geputzt (Spinnweben). Das Duschbad war kleiner als erwartet. Wir würden es so nicht wieder buchen.
