Wonderful stay

This was a very amazing stay, great price and amazing location.. I would definitely love to stay here when I come back.. The rental was super clean and cozy.. And I was able to just come back and relax after work..

This was a great location and property. Quiet and convenient to all locations in Juneau both attractions and things like grocery and bank etc. will definitely stay here again while visiting family.

Cozy Apartment

Clean, quiet area, close to Mendehall Glacier. Had everything one would need. Just bring your own food if you plan to cook. Would stay here again.

Lovely apartment—comfortable furniture and well appointed (except the mattress which has dips and pokey places). Full kitchen. Great location for Mendenhall & park. Laundry with soap provided. Fresh flowers. Heat is finicky—but she gave us tips that worked. 4 stars because of the bed and customer service approach. She kindly asked how our first night had been—we described the highlights and also the loud and persistent noise above our heads at 7:30 am (after our known late night arrival) that woke up even my normally-heavy-sleeping husband for long enough that he couldn’t go back to sleep (I eventually did). She said it was likely her excited-for-a-walk dogs and she understood we were more sensitive to noise than normal because we were “sleeping in,” giving her their first ever noise complaint and did not apologize. It sounded to us like furniture being moved around and it persisted for a good while. As an innkeeper in the past, I definitely would have apologized for loud noise I caused that woke our guests at that time, especially after a known late arrival. Otherwise, though, a highly recommended place to stay.
