Other things to note
A few things to note about the property are that the heat source is baseboard heating, these are the white metal things that run across the bottom of the walls in the bedrooms and living room. These are VERY HOT when on, please use caution with these when there are small children in the home. Additionally this is a two story home, there is a baby gate that can be provided for you if needed to protect small children from falling down the stairs. When using the bunkbed, please note that the top bunk should not exceed 300lbs.
