This condo is in a great location. Beach was beautiful. Pool was in great shape. Balcony view was outstanding. That being said the unit needs updating & replacement of some furnishings. (For example: The white chair in the bedroom was horribly stained. The drying rack on the balcony was so rusted you would not use. The bathtub is cracked & slippery.) Despite these issues we enjoyed our stay & would definitely book a different unit in the same complex next visit.

The property was good, great location easy beach and pool access, and a beautiful ocean view. This particular unit is extremely outdated and in need of some TLC. There is no washer/dryer in the unit.

We really enjoyed the room! Rain not so much, but that’s the weather can’t control that. The wind was blowing rain so hard large bedroom window leaked pretty bad. We tried to keep up with it. That is a beautiful condo. Wish rThe weather had been better. We left a day early.

I had a great view; The unit is well set up but very dated. The bedding is cheap, the air conditioner intake vent is filthy and smells bad, the unit is very musty, Damp furniture, I had to put a blanket down on the furniture it was so damp and smelly. There a very few amenities, the few beach towels are stained with rust from the rusty towel hanger on the deck. The deck furniture is worn and old. This unit is one of the only ones with dated patio furniture. The front of the fridge is all rust!! The TV situation is out of date. Not pleasant atmosphere. Lots of potential but not able to recommend.

Comfortable condo, great view, and the beach was never crowded. We were already made aware of some noise for construction going on the week we were here but we still enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.
