This is a 400 sqft unique tiny house, BRAND NEW Built, located just 4.3 miles from downtown SD and close to many major freeways.
This casita provides you with all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. A fully fenced private backyard has a large day bed and dining table for you to relax and bbq. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a queen size bed with memory foam mattress.
*PLEASE NOTE* that the casita only has one closet inside of the bedroom
Parking space is inside of the secured gate right in front of the casita.

This tiny house is a completed new built! I designed the whole house myself from the structural drawing down to every single detail and decor! I would love to see my guests enjoy this house which is the fruit of my work :)
