This is a 400 sqft unique tiny house, BRAND NEW Built, located just 4.3 miles from downtown SD and close to many major freeways.
This casita provides you with all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. A fully fenced private backyard has a large day bed and dining table for you to relax and bbq. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a queen size bed with memory foam mattress.
*PLEASE NOTE* that the casita only has one closet inside of the bedroom
Parking space is inside of the secured gate right in front of the casita.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was cute and comfy, and the perfect size. Exactly as pictured in the listing. Very CLEAN! which is a top priority on my list. The outdoor space is perfect for a morning coffee, or night time chats with friends. I would definitely book here again!

Week in San Diego

Joe was an excellent host. Great communications, helped us with directions. The K-Cups and waters and champagne were an unexpected surprise. Tip: get a rental car if you stay here. Still close to downtown, but not walkable, and taking Uber/Lyft will end up costing you more than a rental.

Fantastic experience!

The house is super comfortable and Joe is a fantastic host! This was the first place we've stayed that felt really easy to arrive and get settled. The heat control is immediately next to the lights when you walk in. The kitchen has everything you need and is clearly organized. Blankets and towels required no work to find because they were clearly visible. A variety of coffee and tea were on the counter ready to make. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend staying here!
