2 Bdrm Black Canyon Chalet - Perfect Location, Amazing Views!
This Black Canyon Chalet (Licensed Estes Park #6013) 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath condo provides all the comforts of home with a setting that defines Rocky Mountain National Park. Kitchen and main bath recently renovated, new carpet in 2021. The condo is nestled behind the Stanley Hotel overlooking the historic MacGregor Ranch in the Black Canyon Creek area of Estes Park. Lumpy Ridge borders the area offering dramatic views.
This property is just ¾ of a mile north of downtown Estes Park and gives you easy access to all the events in the area while providing the privacy to be fully immersed in the beauty of this mountain retreat. All of our visitors are struck by the amazing view from the deck but equally enjoy the care put into the comfort and cleanliness of this spacious condo.
The condo sleeps 4 adults. The master bedroom and upstairs loft bedroom have queen size beds. Please review pictures to see the layout of the rooms. A pack and play is available for little ones. The spacious deck will be one of your favorite places to barbecue, relax and watch the birds and wildlife in their natural habitat.
Amenities include: coffee maker, three flat panel TVs (YouTube TV), Gigabit wireless internet, hair dryer, fresh linens, plenty of cooking pans, basic spices for grilling. Webber grill, Start up supply of TP, paper towels provided.

Jim and Jolene are retired from Corporate America. Jolene now works with nonprofits and is a life coach putting her years of business experience to work to assist others be at their best. Jim (originally from upstate New York) loves the Colorado sunshine and enjoys keeping up with the latest IT technology, working in the yard, and walking our two dogs.
Why they chose this property
Jolene's dream was to have a vacation property in Estes Park. We live just over an hour from Estes, We love to hike, golf, bike, participate in the Estes Park festivities and relax on the deck taking in the beauty and nature that surrounds us.
What makes this property unique
The views are magnificent. Easy access to hiking and climbing trails. We are far enough from downtown Estes area that you'll feel secluded but with an easy 1 mile walk you can be downtown to immerse yourself in the latest festivals, tours, events, golfing and enjoying the great outdoors.
We reside near the Black Canyon Inn but are not affiliated with the resort. During the spring of 2019 the Inn is expanding and there will be construction nearby, we are assured that access to our property will not be impacted.
