We had a nice stay at Gary’s home. It was generally clean and well provisioned. It was well represented by the photos although it was actually 55 steps from the home down to the beach, which could pose issues for those with young kids or family members with mobility issues. The inclusion of daily beach chairs and umbrella setup was lovely and much appreciated. Overall good value for the money on a very nice stretch of beach.

Wonderful stay

We loved our time here - the condo is clean and has just about everything you might need. It’s such a great location on 30A and has some green space and then the beautiful beachfront. Loved listening to the waves.

Amazing Location

We had the best time staying here. The location is amazing - the beach is literally in the backyard. Super comfy bed, and you can see the water from the bedroom and living room. My husband and I both had to work a bit while we were there, and the split level helped us each have our own work space. Communication with the owner was top-notch. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation

The wife and I stayed here for five days with our two little dogs. Our stay was perfect. I enjoyed sitting on my bedroom balcony and watching the ocean. Our only complaint would be the stairs to the beach, going down is not bad but the walk up is a little much. We would stay here again if coming back to the area. It was really close to restaurants, grocery, and the area is beautiful.

Great Condo

Seashadows 1 was such a lovely unit! Everything was very nice and clean. We were even greater with two bottles of wine. The view and location was great as well. The owner was so helpful and quick to respond.

Beautiful beach view

We had a great time staying here! Perfect location for us, it was close to restaurants & the little town center, and who can beat having the beach as your backyard! Beautiful home, very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We brought our dog & it was nice to have a backyard to take him out to & play around. Having the beach chairs & umbrella provided for was great so we didn’t have to bring our own & carry them up & down the stairs to the beach. I would definitely be booking here again!

Paradise!

I have no complaints about this property. It’s in a great location and peaceful. The views from the townhouse were great. The water was beautiful. The owners even left some bottles of wine for us which was so nice. My 2 little Pomeranians got to go to the beach for the first time and loved it. My kids did not want to leave. Everything was amazing!!! Best place in Florida we’ve ever stayed. No more high rise condos for us. We will be back!

All was as advertised. House was very comfortable and convenient. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookwear, utensils, etc. Host was very responsive when an issue arose. Beach view and access were wonderful. Complementary beach chair/umbrella setup was extra nice. Parking for two cars was right in front of unit. Bike rentals were close by. We stayed four nights, May 2026.
