About this property

Exactly 1 mile from U of A, Ehler and the football and basketball stadiums. Right off of Mountain Ave. and walkable. All bathrooms newly renovated with a master bedroom with a large walk in closet. Gas fire pit in back with plenty of seating as well as large outdoor seating and eating area. Hardwood floors just refinished. Attached casita available for rent as well, just ask if you need even more space and I can let you know availability and send you the link to that as well. Possibility the Cassita could be rented during your stay however, they do not get to use the backyard it has its own sitting area

Why they chose this property

Close to everything. U of A-if you're going to a game no need to fight any traffic-just 1 mile straight to campus. One of the few homes with a pool, so close to campus as well. Very spacious both outside and in.

What makes this property unique

Parking on property and street parking-which must be permitted in many other areas. Road will be newly paved by end of August. New Master bedroom closet and bathroom addition that leads to pool as well. Also, the other 2 bathrooms are newly renovated as well.
