Located on one of the most exclusive and scenic beaches in Búzios, this two-story villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and service. With 5 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, a spacious outdoor area with a private pool, BBQ grill, wood-fired oven, and garage parking for up to 4 vehicles, it’s ideal for extended family getaways or group vacations.

To ensure a seamless and comfortable stay, daily staff service is included and required at a fixed rate of R$400 BRL per day, paid directly at check-in.

This fee covers two full-time staff members who will be available each day to provide:


- Maintaining the pool and outdoor areas
-Grocery shopping for fresh meats, seafood, and other essentials
- Preparing drinks and snacks throughout the day
- Preparing and serving barbecue
Setting up beach chairs and umbrellas directly on the sand
- Cleaning and resetting the outdoor living areas after daily use
- Setting the breakfast table each morning
- Preparing full meals upon request

We chose Ferradura because it offers the best of both worlds — it’s one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches in Búzios, yet still close to all the main attractions. The neighborhood is upscale, quiet, and feels very safe, which makes it perfect for families and groups who want to relax and enjoy quality time together.

What makes this property unique

hat we love most is waking up to the sound of the ocean and spending slow mornings with our feet in the sand — the beach is just steps away, and the water is calm and clear. The vibe here is very laid-back, but if we want to explore shops, restaurants, or nightlife, Rua das Pedras is only a short drive ( or a 15 min walk) away. It's truly a special place that combines natural beauty, convenience, and comfort.
