Unit A Built in 2022, A modern 2 bedroom/ 1 bath suite with fully furnished kitchen, living room, and dining room.. The bedrooms are furnished with queen bed, two twin beds, bedding and pillows. Kitchen is fully furnished including coffee pot, keruig, toaster, microwave, freezer/fridge, stove, pots/pans, plates, silverware and cleaning supplies. Unit has kitchen table with chairs, two couches, smart tv, office table with chair, outside bbq and patio tables/chairs. Apartment is just minutes away from the Cherokee National Forest, Parksville Lake, Ocoee River and much more. Enjoy whitewater rafting, fishing, boating, and hiking, right in your back door! We are located at the Whitewater RV Park at the base of the Ocoee River. Coin laundry is available at the office. No pets.

Apartment was wonderful. My daughter got sick in the apartment, and there wasn’t anything available to clean up the mess in its entirety. Host charged extra for cleaning/replacing bedding, and was not unreasonable.

Thanksgiving Trip

My son met me in Benton for 2 days of fishing. The location was great, about a 3 hour trip for each of us. Wednesday was a successful day out as we both caught about 7 trout. The lodging worked well and we both commented that I was more comfortable than being in a hotel.

We took a vacation with family and friends to go white water rafting. We rented both apartments and stayed at the campground. Accommodations were clean and family friendly. Everyone also enjoyed the ice cream sop on site. We are already planning our trip to come back next year to stay least a week.

Softball weekend

We stayed here for a softball tournament in Cleveland. It was perfect for us! Clean cozy only 20 minutes from the fields. The view from the patio was nice. Only issue was the queen bed has a metal frame and we didnt sleep well at all. Any time my husband or I rolled over it and loud and squeeky we kept waking eachother up. We still enjoyed the place though.

Nicely appointed upstairs apartment

This is a fairly new apartment built over three small shops on Hwy 64, very close to all the rafting outfitters. The place is very clean and has everything you need including cleaning products, paper towels etc. I've stayed in other tiny homes and cabins in the area. You won't find a better option in this size and price range. Its close to the road, so scenery isn't going to blow you away, but there is no appreciable road noise inside, and the location is super convenient to all the area has to offer. If you are in the area to play on the river but don't want to stay at a campground, this is your place. I will stay here again.

Fantastic Apartment

Booked the room for family while we stayed in the accompanying RV park. Property is owned/managed by the same people who own the RV park and Cherokee Whitewater Rafting - all exceptionally run/managed businesses. Apartment is in a good location if exploring the region and easy to locate after a long trip. Room was in new/great condition, spacious well appointed, very comfortable and perfect for our needs - everything was in great condition/order. Owner was really responsive to an issue and ensured they were addressed immediately. Issue was actually with the website/VRBO not updating in a timely manner. We will definitely use this property in the future!

Our stay was lovely! This apartment was very nice. I like how it was in the center of everything we did. The place was clean and inviting with fun board games to play. It had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you so much for all the hard work that goes into it! We really enjoyed whitewater rafting. We also brought our Jon boat and canoe to take out on Lake Ocoee to fish. The ride up to Benton Falls trailhead has magnificent overlooks along the way. There is also Lake Mckamy at the top with swimming/fishing and picnic tables. We went horseback riding while there too. Such fun! We ate at Ocoee Dam Deli and Diner. Try the catfish!! Getting ice cream at the super cute Ocoee Scoops ice cream shop was a real treat! It is located in the shops below the apartment. So much to see and do in Ocoee, TN. And this apartment felt like home after a long day of adventure. We truly would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

Whitewater Weekend

We had a great stay at the property. There were four of us, and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax after adventures each day. The property manager was great with help and responses to questions. This was a short trip to neighboring rivers for kayaking, and we did a day trip on the Ocoee. There are tons of Ocoee adventure companies within minutes of the property. Plus great local restaurants with minutes of the property, we ate at the Ocoee Dam Diner & Deli and Myrtle's Cafe (within walking distance) were both great experiences as well. Great place to stay for long or short trip.

The area was nice. We had some safety concerns with open outdoor stairs and insufficient lighting. Still a few holes in the ceilings and walls that need to be addressed. It looks brand new though & provided everything we needed in regards to linens, kitchen plates, appliances etc. The deck area will not allow more than five people. I would not include five adults

The apartment indeed is new and the holes you were referring inside the apartment by the door and one on the corner of the ceiling are for a security system that will be installed in the near future.
