Well maintained, luxury top floor villa offers unobstructed views of the ocean - relax on the deck while listening to the waves crashing ashore. From the kitchen table watch the dolphins going by. FANTASTIC OCEAN VIEWS! The Island Resort is located on the exclusive west end of Ocean Isle Beach. The villa offers 10 foot ceilings and 1700 square feet of spacious living area.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with a whirlpool tub. The master also has a walk-in closet and TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. This bedroom also has a TV. The other bedrooms each have two full beds and full adjoining baths.

Island Beach Club privileges included with a beach front pool. Enjoy lunch or dinner at the Isles Restaurant on the beach. For those who love golf, abundant courses are within a few minutes drive. This is a great family beach and a wonderful place for kids.

Summer Beach Fun

Property was the perfect size for our family. It was very clean and comfortable and in a great location with unobstructed ocean views. From booking through to the end of our vacation Nancy was readily available and easy to work with. Thank you Nancy! A 2 pm check-in would be a definite plus. We would absolutely chose Nancy and her condo for future OIB vacations!

Happy Vacation

The property is beautiful. There was a lot of light and the deck was wonderful. Nancy Smith was very helpful. We appreciated the handicapped bathroom and the elevator. I like being able to talk to a live person so you can ask questions. It was hard to understand the overseas man I talked to on VRBA. We got the impression that the pool was on the property. It was not, but it was very nice. The tiki bar was fun.

Another great week at Ocean Isle

We have stayed here for multiple years. Love the location being so close to the beach. Nancy is always a great host. She always communicates and is extremely responsive. We plan on continuing to stay here in summers to come.
