The space
With 3,481 square feet of lavish living space, this three-story 5BR/4.5BA lodge is highlighted by a 2-car garage and fun game room. Enjoy an afternoon cookout on your expansive mountain-view deck, then cozy up by the fireplace in the welcoming Great Room.

Experience vacation perfection at The Club at Cordillera. Your Edwards getaway is nestled next to the Clubhouse of the Mountain Course and upscale dining at TimberHearth. Save time to hit the Nordic ski trails that wind through this scenic alpine community.

LIVING AREAS

Vaulted ceilings soar in the inviting Great Room, detailed with upscale furnishings, designer lighting, and a 55” smart TV. Cozy up on plush seating by the impressive gas fireplace.

Practice your topspin in the lower-level game room, outfitted with a ping-pong table, futon, and writing desk. Kick back on the comfy sectional and watch a movie on the 50” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Channel your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with all the gadgets you might need.

While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar. Then gather for a family-style feast with your whole group at the farmhouse table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Sleep like royalty in the master suite, appointed with a king-size bed and 50” smart TV. The sparkling en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Comfort awaits in the adjacent guest suite, outfitted with two full-size beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The third suite features two twin beds, a 32” smart TV, and access to the wraparound deck. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. An adjacent half bath provides added convenience.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the lower level. One holds a queen-size bed, while the other is furnished with a twin-over-queen bunk bed. Find a convenient futon in the game room. The adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Host cookouts on the expansive wraparound deck -- barbecue burgers on the propane grill, then dine alfresco surrounded by gorgeous mountain views.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. Parking is provided for up to three cars (two in the garage and one in the driveway). Street parking is prohibited.

Although this home is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Edwards’ mild summer weather.

We are available 24 hours a day to ensure your vacation is one to remember.

We love dogs here in Colorado and your pet is welcome anytime! However we do have a few rules for your furry friend to follow:

- Please have your pet stay off the furniture.
- Please clean up after your pet. Please bag all waste.
- Please keep the barking and chewing under control
- Please do not leave your pet unattended.
- Please keep all your pets food inside at all times. Lot of wild animals in the area.
- There is a $50 per pet cleaning fee. This covers the cost of the extra steps our cleaning crew must take to ensure the unit is sparkling clean for our next guest. Please leave this on the counter upon departure.
