About this property

This beautifully landscaped finca with private pool is located in a quiet area.

"Can Caragol," situated in the countryside near the town of Inca, features several terraces and relaxation areas, including a wonderful Balinese bed, a private pool (4 x 2.5 metres), and sun loungers at your disposal. The spacious garden with lawn, palm trees, and abundant vegetation also includes a rustic charcoal grill for enjoying delicious barbecues outdoors.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other two rooms with two beds each, sharing another bathroom with a shower. The large kitchen open to the dining area is fully equipped. The living room and two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite television. Thanks to the smart TV, you can enjoy programs on platforms like Netflix or HBO. The WIFI works perfectly throughout the house and in the outdoor area.

The estate is located less than 3 kilometres from Inca, with various shops and restaurants. Inca hosts its weekly market every Thursday. The convenient highway connection from Inca leads to Palma and the beaches of the northern part of the island in 25 minutes.

Can Caragol offers an unforgettable stay for you to unwind during your vacation! Upon arrival, you can expect some delights as a welcome gift.

The use of air conditioning is billed separately at a rate of 15 euros/night, payable in cash during the stay.

No groups of young people under 30 years old are accepted.

Perfect holiday

Truly nice place, very pleased to meet owner. House and garden very Well kept. You need a car, if you have that it is the perfect spot for a nice relaxing vacation everything nearby.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Äusserst nettes und hilfbereites Vermieterehepaar. Selten bis nie so eine saubere Finca auf der Insel gehabt. Hat mal etwas nicht funktioniert, waren die Eigentümer sofort zur Stelle. Die Ausstattung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und beinhaltet alles was man braucht für einen Ferienaufenthalt. Die Finca ist sehr gut erreichbar und ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in jullie woning, alles was zeer proper en volledig uitgerust. Er ontbrak niets. We hadden gekozen omwille van de mooie foto's van het zwembad. Alles overtrof onze verwachtingen, ook binnen is het huis heel gezellig en ruim. De ligging is uitstekend om jullie mooie Mallorca te ontdekken. ook als gastheren zijn jullie een tof en gezellig koppel. misschien een trapje bij het zwembad, als je wat ouder bent is het wat moeilijker om in en uit het zwembad te gaan als je er niet in wil springen.
