Located less than 15 minutes north of downtown Gainesville and just over 20 minutes from charming Dahlonega, this cottage offers the ideal blend of convenience, comfort, and lakefront relaxation.

Step inside and discover a surprisingly spacious home behind its quaint exterior. The gourmet eat‑in kitchen features an induction range , plus dedicated wine and coffee bars. It’s thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials you need for your stay.

Beyond the kitchen, the expansive great room offers multiple gathering areas, a 70" smart TV, additional dining space, and access to a large screened‑in porch—perfect for morning coffee, evening meals, or simply enjoying serene lake views. The main level also includes a comfortable King Guest Room with a smart TV.

Downstairs, enjoy a second living area with a 70" smart TV, a pool/ping‑pong table, and cozy seating. This level also includes a spacious guest room with two queen beds.

Follow the gentle path to your private dock with party deck. Rent a boat from a nearby marina, bring your own (ramp located minutes away), or simply relax with the provided water toys and unforgettable sunsets.

We’ve designed The Blue Cottage with the same touches we’ve loved in our own vacation stays, and we’re committed to making your visit effortless and enjoyable. If anything comes up, we’re just a call away.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and K‑Cups is provided. Kroger is less than 2 miles away, and Publix is approximately 3 miles away for additional needs.

Please Note:
• Jet skis at the dock are not available for guest use; rentals are available at local marinas.
• Accessing the property by boat requires passing under a low‑clearance bridge. Water levels vary, and some vessels may not be able to pass.
• Pricing is based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $50 per person/per night. Please enter the correct guest count when booking.
• Unauthorized additional guests will result in a $500 fee plus nightly charges. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
• A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front porch. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
