Location, location , location....be our guest at our newest STR! We have spent the last 7 mos renovating this home!! EVERYTHING IS NEW!! Inviting farmhouse style with original hardwood floors. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including washer and dryer. Linens provided, wireless internet, smart tvs and cable. This home is situated among 17 other long term rentals and is the only house!! Quiet area and private parking space for this rental.

Nicely renovated farm house close to the Horse Park

We enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located and very comfortable house to stay in. House has a lot of charm as a renovated farm house. Our host was very responsive and took care of us promptly.

Perfect for family visiting KY Horse Park

Cozy house perfect for a small family wanting to enjoy the Georgetown/Midway area or Lexington. Clean and updated interior. Location couldn’t be more ideal. Easy access off 75/64, 5 minutes to the Horse Park, and many great little towns nearby. Keeping this place saved for future trips into the area.
