We visit Beaufort frequently so we knew the area this home was located in. It’s a very cute neighborhood that looks like a fairy garden. The house is a great set up for 3 couples or a large family. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen appeared well appointed. We enjoyed our stay.

Thank you so much for the kind words. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and found the house to be great for large families! Come back any time!
The Mariners House is lovely and much larger than expected. The neighborhood is very quiet, within walking distance to the local Marina and a small restaurant. The home was clean and neat. The kitchen was fully stocked with dining equipment. The ALL parks pass had expired, and a new one was not issued. One upstairs bedroom closet was locked. There is one dresser, which is insufficient for two people. Both upstairs bedrooms have cribs, which makes the room crowded for guests with no children. Folding cribs could be considered. A rocking chair in one of the bedrooms needs repair or replacement.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay over all and took advantage of the area and all it has to offer!
We apologize for the disappointment of the pass but unfortunately the park pass has to be ordered online/ takes a few days to come in and we were not able to issue a new one immediately. A new one has been issued since your stay!
We appreciate your feedback and will check on the items listed. Thanks again for staying!
Was a great place to stay while visiting family in the area. Loved the marina restaurant and the location in general. Only minor issue was the limited parking. Host was very communicative and helpful, space was clean and well-stocked!

Easy check-in, home was perfect for visiting the area to see our son graduate from USMC boot camp. Only 10 min drive to Parris Island. Fenced in backyard was great too. Gas grill came in handy for cookout. Great experience.

Thank you so much for staying with us Nicole! So happy you enjoyed your stay.
We stayed at this beautiful home while in Port Royal for my son’s graduation at Parris Island. It was very convenient for PI, Hunting Island park, and Beaufort. The home is well supplied with everything we needed to cook our meals, and there are several beautiful grocery stores nearby (I recommend Harris Teeter). You can’t miss with this home!
With family in the area, we travel to Beaufort several times yearly. This rental home was perfect for us and our favorite over the years. The layout is perfect, providing space and privacy for each family (myself and my two sons' families) Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is perfect! We enjoyed the quaint neighborhood and the marina. We will be back!
The process to get in was super easy. Home was beautiful and close to many things. Had a backyard for the dogs.
Maddie the host was AMAZING! Quick to respond to any questions I had.
This property is wonderful. I don’t get it from the description but it’s two floors. First floor base two bedrooms and two baths. Second floor has two bedrooms with jack and Jill bath. Everyone has a sense of privacy. The front porch was our go to hang out space. The backyard is fenced in but there is road noise so not perfect for relaxing. The location is wonderful. So great having a restaurant so close. The gist was very responsive. Hope to be able to return again next year.
Property can only accommodate 2 vehicles. We had to park others away from the property. We didn’t like that , that’s why we didn’t rebook for longer

Thanks for the 5 stars Jay! And we appreciate the feedback.
Although we understand the inconvenience of the vehicle rules, we want to highlight the fact that this information is provided in the listing before guests book. We never would want anyone to show up not knowing this information. We strive to be fully transparent about the rules this property has.
Even though it has more rules than most properties, we don't doubt it'll be a great stay for all guests. We hope you enjoyed your stay other wise!
The home was very nicely decorated with comfortable couches and chairs, a separate little sitting room and the back enclosed porch was also very nice with a couple tables and chairs, but you could also use some of the several beach chairs for seating there or on the very large back wooden deck if needed. If you have dogs, bring Towels for feet wiping as the yard around the deck was mostly dirt while we were there. The kitchen literally has everything you would need with more than enough dishes, silverware, extra sharp knives which was a plus, and even 2 very large pots for Italian meals or if your into cooking crabs! Every room( and front and back porches), have ceiling fans. And every room has access to a bathroom with the 2 upstairs bedrooms joined by a jack and Jill bath, the master has an en suite, and the 2nd downstairs bedroom has access to the hall bath right outside their door. For little ones, there are gates, I saw a pack n play, cribs in 2 of the bedrooms, and even a box fan to be used outside a little ones room for sound control after they go to bed if you don’t have a noise machine. Meal seating had a large table for 6, another with 4, 2 more on the porch and then a card table with 2 more chairs. The neighborhood is small but a nice little walk. The marina is a 2 minute walk; and from the dock, in direct site when Beaufort puts off fireworks! We look forward to staying here again for sure and highly recommend it!
Excellent location and choice - especially for family coming in for Marine graduation at Parris Island. The home looks small from the front, but is so spacious inside. Very good use of the space!

Great stay while enjoying famy over holiday weeeknd
Close to downtown Beaufort, water, food, and Port Royal. We normally stay with family when in town, but couldn't this one time. Place was clean and close to everything we needed. Great stay!!!
Hello! I'm your host, Maddie, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to beautiful Beaufort, South Carolina! I'm a local, so I can give you the inside scoop on all the best spots to visit.
I absolutely love living here, especially during the summer. There's nothing quite like a relaxing boat ride on the water, or the beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the stunning scenery. When I'm not out exploring, or shopping downtown, you can usually find me spending time with my two dogs, that I call children, Moose and Bean, or enjoying some quality time with my husband. I also love curling up with a good book and a refreshing iced coffee.
As your host, I'm passionate about providing true Southern hospitality and giving you a taste of what makes Beaufort so special. I'm excited to share my love of this town with you and help you create unforgettable memories during your stay. So, sit back, relax, and let me take care of the rest!
