This 2-story home is perfect for large families or friends vacationing together, with two dining spaces, a new kitchen with upgraded cabinets, countertops & BOSCH stainless-steel appliances, with luxury vinyl flooring throughout the home. There are multiple entertaining spaces on the first floor, along with a full wet bar and wine fridge, and laundry room equipped with a full-size Maytag washer and dryer.

Enjoy grilling on our outdoor deck, grab a fig from our fresh fig tree, and enjoy spectacular Bayside sunsets under a fully retractable awning. Multiple smart TVs, Nest-controlled heating/cooling, fully stocked kitchen with lots of extras, and TWO of the four bedrooms with private double-sink bathrooms.

Great stay in Brigantine

My family and I could not have been happier with our stay. The house was exceptionally clean, we had everything that we needed and the owner was accessible and very quick with responses.

Fabulous stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and provided everything we needed for the beach and during the day with the kids. Nicole did an excellent job communicating with us and always responded quickly if we had any questions. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend the house to anyone looking to stay in the area with a family!

Beach Family Reunion

This was a great home for our multi-generational family vacation: safety features for the toddlers, crib & rocker for the baby, boogie board for the boy, and lots of comfy seating & bedding for the grown-ups. Beach is within walking distance, with wagons provided by owner. Overall, our family had a wonderful stay!

What a lovely home! This home has everything you need as well as plenty of space. It’s clean and the pictures are a great representation of the home. Nicole was super quick with responding to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Brigantine Shore House

Our experience at the Brigantine shore house was amazing and truly made our vacation special! The house itself was beautiful, clean, had adequate living space and great bedrooms for our family. The living room had a beautiful wet bar, dining table and large couch for our family to enjoy, including the kids! The deck was perfect for our BBQ dinners and the outdoor shower made it super convenient to wash off after the beach. Nicole’s welcome note was so inviting and added a warm touch to our arrival and made us feel at home! Location was also great, close to beach and town! What a wonderful house to stay in while vacationing at Brigantine!

A home away from home

The house was amazing. We had four kiddos under five and it was very safe for them. Nicole was available to answer questions 24/7. It was well stocked with “starter supplies” and had extras available which made it very convenient! It really felt like home. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!
