We have revived an old rundown cottage to a beautiful & cozy home for all to enjoy.
Owners have two vacation rentals in this quiet private subdivision that is a great place for family and a place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We offer many amenities, not all listed, that set this (and other owned on same street) property apart from all others. Centrally located in between a number of different communities, there is always something to see or do.

What makes this property unique

Old meets new with this home renovation. You and your guests can enjoy seating at the large 100+ year old oak dining table with the modern LED dimmable lighting from above. Upstairs, relax in one of the three bedrooms on a gel foam mattress or futon over the polished redwood pine floors
(2) deck areas for your party includes outdoor chairs for 12, a covered area or open area with a ceramic Kamado charcoal grill, a separate gas fire pit and backyard that abuts the canal with abundant fish. We try to accommodate your requests as
