The holiday home consists of a living-dining room with an open kitchen and a separate bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
In the living room with a small dining table, couch and flat screen, a guest bed can be set up for a child. A large glass door leads to the balcony with table and chairs and a unique view of the beautiful bay of Puerto Pollenca.
The kitchen is equipped with a 2-ring ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster etc.

This holiday apartment has a private parking space in the back yard, which is a great advantage, especially in high season.

In the lively coastal town of Puerto Pollenca there is a long sandy beach and a beautiful promenade with a yacht club, numerous restaurants, cafes with sea views, small and large supermarkets, bike rental and many water sports: sailing, windsurfing, diving, water skiing.
You can also go for hikes and walks in the surrounding Tramuntana mountains from here.
