In addition to a newly renovated finca, which has been completely refurbished, our region also has a lot to offer, including Methoni, just a stone's throw away, where you can admire a stunning, historic city center. If it does not take you outside, you have the advantage of the huge garden where you can certainly spend some pleasant time.

Fantastic Villa in charming Methoni

We had a lovely couple of weeks at this stunning villa, where the views are spectacular. Torsten was a great host, providing lots of information and updates prior to our arrival and always checked in after our arrival. (Providing great recommendations on beaches, days out and restaurants). The Villa is very well equipped, spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday! Methoni itself is very charming, with great beaches in close proximity and a vast array of restaurants. We would definitely recommend the area and this Villa - Thank you

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Sehr schönes Haus, sehr große und gut ausgestattet Küche. Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen wie draußen und Pool zur genüge vorhanden. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und sehr schöner Strand in der Nähe . Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Oft können Bilder nicht halten was Sie versprechen, bei diesem Ferienhaus ist es das Gegenteil!! In live noch viel schöner als erwartet. Von der vorherigen Kommunikation, der Lage, der Ausblick über die hochwertige Ausstattung alles deutlich über der Erwartung. Der Vermieter ist super hilfsbereit, hat uns vorab schon sehr nützliche Tipps gegeben und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Der Ausblick auf Ort und Meer ist atemberaubend schön besonders aus dem oberen Geschoss. Die Küchengeräte sind von Miele und auch sonst alles liebevoll und es wurde nicht gespart. Wir haben tolle 14 Tage dort verbracht. Tolle Strände in der Nähe und der Ort und die Umgebung sind ursprünglich und bezaubernd!

Tolle Terrasse für Frühstück und Abendessen.. es gibt aber noch in Summe 3 weitere Balkone

Alles super

Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser gemietet, aber dies war klar eins der besten. Tolles Haus, gute Einrichtung, viele Terrassenplätze für jede Tageszeit, herrliche Umgebung und ein netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Nice house and beutiful view

We had a nice and hot week at the house. Due to a heat wave, there were some wild fires at Peloponnes, but we never felt threatened. Pros: nice house and surroundings, scenic view to Methoni and sea, fully equipped kitchen, private pool and plenty of room. Cons: water restrictions (should have been taken care of before our arrival), one bathroom could not be used and aircon in master bedroom was ineffective. Communication in German even though English is stated as an option, we do speak German but are much more fluent in English.

Hallo, vielen Dank für die nette Beurteilung .Leider sind wir oder unser Verwalter vor Ort nicht über die Probleme mit dem Badezimmer und der Klimaanlage informiert worden .Gerade das Klimagerät im Masterbedroom wurde erst vor 5Jahren neu eingebaut.Auch mein Verwalter konnte keinerlei Probleme mit der Anlage oder einem der Badezimmer feststellen. Das Wasserproplem konnten wir nur bedingt beeinflussen.Aufgrund der Waldbrandgefahr und der großen Hitze wurde es in der Region rationiertFür solche Fälle besitzt das .Haus einen Reservetank mit 4Kubikmetern .Aber man muss natürlich ein Auge drauf haben. Comfortabel vakantiehuis van alle gemakken voorzien

Wij hebben met 7 personen een heerlijke week verbleven in deze zeer complete vakantie woning. Alle slaapkamers waren zeer ruim. De bedden waren goed en met 4 badkamers is er voldoende ruimte voor eenieder. Een zeer complete keuken en een ruime eettafel. Zwembad was netjes en een heerlijke buiten tafel. De buitenkeuken hebben wij niet gebruikt ivm grote droogte in de regio en kans op bosbranden. Methoni is een gezellig stadje en er zijn mooie zandstranden in de buurt. Wij kunnen deze vakantiewoning van harte aanbevelen. Dhr. Diekmann heeft ons keurig van alle informatie voorzien en was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen.
