Wonderful, clean, comfortable property in a great neighborhood. We felt totally at home here and loved walking around the area, exploring the restaurants and shops, and strolling around the lake, which is only a few blocks away. We would absolutely stay here again!
Beautiful house, highly recommend!! The house is spacious and comfortable, bright and well appointed. Everything we needed was there, and the owner was extremely attentive and easy to reach. The location is great. Perfect for a family or group stay in Minneapolis. We'll come back if we have the chance!!
Fantastic location, and great house. Very safe, blocks away from the lake, family, friendly location. House had everything we needed. Ben was super attentive to any questions we had. The house is adorable. The only downside is if stairs are an issue this is not the house for you.
The house was very well located for where we needed to be in Minneapolis. Nice neighborhood with good amenities nearby. The house was consistent with other houses in the neighborhood-- older homes with charm and a few eccentricities. Some of the stairs are steep and narrow if you have mobility issues. Not an issue for us, but might be for some visitors. All in all, a very nice stay.
Ben the host was very responsive and accommodating. Even got the gym area hand weights after we asked if they were available. Would definitely stay here again!
Property is ideally located for enjoying the city.
Very clean and well thought out decor
Very comfortable in all respects
Ben was immediately responsive to all questions
Would recommend without reservation
Great place for families! 2 blocks to excellent park, nice kid amenities like booster seat and baby gate. The house was comfortable and the location unbeatable.Only request is they change the polyester sheets for cotton. That would be a big and easy upgrade.
The house is amazing, with all of the mod cons you could want and plenty of space to spread out and feel at home. The construction in the street out front was a bit of an inconvenience, but that's just temporary. Location was great, convenient to all parts of the Twin Cities. Host Ben was communicative and friendly but not intrusive. We had a wonderful stay!
The location is great. Home is cute, lots of character and spacious. Only thing was we had some plumbing issues but Ben was SUPER responsive so we were a-okay.

Thank you for your stay. Apologies that you had to deal with some plumbing issues, but happy we were able to resolve that for you quickly! Looking forward to hosting you again!
Host was easy to get ahold of whenever we needed to. House was very cozy and had everything we needed. Did an excellent job with cleaning up the snow before we got there. Even surprised us with a bottle of wine. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Why they chose this property
Linden Hills is a stunning neighborhood with a rec center and park two blocks north of the house. Lake Harriet is three blocks east. During the summer, you’ll often see live music, movies in the park, or special events at the Bandshell Park. And there are numerous eateries, coffee shops, ice cream parlor, and brewery all within 3-4 blocks. Half-way around Lake Harriet you will discover the rose garden, a Japanese themed garden, and bird sanctuary. We are 10-12 minutes to downtown. And about the same to the Mall of America. 1/2 mile south is Antique Row, where you can sift and sort to find the perfect keepsake to take home!
