Apartment with modern and cozy decor, it has a living room and fully equipped integrated kitchen, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, 1 bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom with high pressure shower.

We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Reservations over 20 nights will be charged energy and water according to consumption;

***It is necessary to pay a deposit of R$600.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 7 working days after check-out;

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the property is as follows:
