About this property

Warmth, tranquility and leisure near the beautiful beaches of the North Coast

The house is ventilated, large, wooded, grassy and with delicious pool. In addition to a large living, dining and kitchen area, we offer 4 bedrooms, three of which are suites on the second floor and one bedroom with adjoining bathroom on the ground floor.
We also offer a gourmet space with barbecue, sink and table with wooden benches, integrated to the pool area, to ensure the best moments of leisure. The balcony is spacious and cozy, with living area and hammock. Behind the house we have a backyard with fruit trees and a small vegetable garden.
All pool and garden area assistance is included in the package with our trusted professionals. At 300 m from the house we have the quiet Vilas do Atlântico Beach with its various tents that function as a bar and restaurant. In the immediate vicinity of the house (less than 1 km) we have grocery store, supermarket, pharmacy, beauty salon, gas station and gym.

Uma ótima experiência, casa e anfitriões

Foi um tempo maravilhoso de férias com minha família e netos. A casa muito aconchegante, limpa, ampla, realmente corresponde às fotos e é ainda melhor. Piscina constantemente cuidada, jardineiro cuidando de tudo, e até água de côco do coqueiro do jardim. A casa tem tudo o que é necessário, tudo está funcionando e em ordem. Áurea providenciou todos os detalhes, roupas de camas novas e limpas, toalhas, kits completos para cada hóspede e mais alguns extras - nem chegamos a usar tudo. As suítes amplas, camas box com colchões ótimos, armário embutido, cabides, suíte master com closet, todas as suítes com mesas ou escrivaninhas. Sala muito confortável, decorada, TV led grande com NET, cozinha muito grande, com despensa, taças de vinho, utensílios novos, aparelho de jantar para 10 pessoas ou mais. Internet muito boa, funcionando em toda casa. Fora o pomar com laranjas, limão e fruta do conde (nos fundos) e a piscina e amplo espaço na frente. Mas o melhor foi a atenção com que fomos recebidos pela Áurea e Humberto, e o apoio que tivermos durante nossa estadia. Condomínio fechado, dá para ir a pé até a praia de Villas do Atlantico. Muito bem localizado em Lauro de Freitas, e com tudo o que se precisa nas proximidades, ótimos restaurantes, sorveteria italiana, diversos supermercados. As férias não teriam sido tão boas se não tivéssemos uma casa com este nível de suporte. Realmente nos sentimos em casa. Obrigado Áurea e Humberto. Abração.

Real vacation house for family and friends

The property has everything a tourist needs to have a true vacation: hammock, swimming pool, coconut tree in the front yard (fresh coconut milk), backyard with a lemon tree (for capirinha lovers...), big kitchen with everything you need, bedrooms with full bathrooms, within a ten-minute walk to the beach, in addition to piece and quiet. We have two children who are already married, who love this house. They like it so much that we decided to share it temporarily with other lovers of high mood and nature.

Why they chose this property

The house is in a gated community, very close to Vilas do Atlântico beach. In the condominium, next to the house, there is a playground that children love. There is a market, on foot from the house, where you can buy bread, cold cuts and that meets the daily needs of the visitor. Our area is very well served by shops, malls, supermarkets, restaurants, show houses and services in general. It is 30 km from the historical center of Salvador and close to the beautiful beaches of the North Coast.
