Relax

Ótima estadia para relaxar. O marulhar é um bálsamo para a alma. A vista exuberante do mar e dos coqueirais nos convidam à interiorização. "O mar quando quebra na praia, é bonito, é bonito..." O apto tem uma ventilação maravilhosa. Não usei ar nem ventilador. O Vilas Village é bem organizado, empregados atenciosos. Piscina bem tratada. O que falta é um restaurante ou lanchonete. Tem barracas de praia próxima ao imóvel, bem estruturadas, que dispõem de um cardápio variado. Além de baianas com iguarias deliciosas, acarajés e abarás. O calçadão, em frente, nos incita a caminhar. O anfitrião, sempre a disposição . Gostei muito.

Muito Bom!

O imóvel é simples, mas de frente para o mar e com garagem coberta privativa. Tem camareira que faz a limpeza todos os dias, e o condomínio é muito organizado. O anfitrião é muito atencioso e prestativo. O local é ótimo, com a praia e o calçadão bem na frente do prédio. O comércio fica próximo, mas precisa de carro.

Barulhinho do mar

O apartamento é bem defronte ao mar, o condomínio organizado e as pessoas que trabalham lá são bem atenciosas. o proprietário, Sr. João, é bastante atencioso também, sempre preocupado com que ocorra tudo bem durante a hospedagem. vale a pena retornar, quando possível.

Great location with a beautiful view!

The condo has a spectacular ocean view, the staff is friendly and attentive, and João was very responsive to my inquiries. The rental includes daily cleaning and free Wi-Fi throughout the building, but João also installed wifi in the apartment to ensure our family had good internet. The building is older and needs some maintenance in some areas but overall it was a great stay and we will definitely want to go back!

Excelente localizacao com acesso pro mar

O village se encontra de frente pro mar de villas do atlântico, com acesso direto a praia, que eh segura e tranquila. Tambem da acesso ao calcadão de Vilas do Atlântico, otimo para uma caminhada. A localização do condomínio, bem como a administração e infraestrutura são excelentes para quem quer aproveitar a praia e descansar. O apartamento do Sr. Antonio tem vista pro mar, eh super ventilado e também tem ar condicionado nos dois quartos. A cozinha tem os utensílios básicos necessários pra quem precisa cozinhar. Tivemos um problema com o microondas que parou de funcionar e o proprietário prontamente substituiu. A comunicação com o proprietário foi excelente, bem como a flexibilidade para atender necessidades que sugiram ao longo da estadia. O único pontos de melhoria eh com relação a internet, uma vez que o apartamento não possui internet própria e o Wi-Fi do condomínio não funciona no apartamento. Tem uma rede de internet da Claro disponível que a pessoa pode pagar pra usar, mas so funciona na sala e ainda assim eh bastante instável.
