About this property

Our beach house is truly a beachfront house only a few steps from the beach. It is located inside a 24/7 secure gated community in the Laguna Shores Resort. Most comfortable for 6 adults and 4 (teens) children. The community has a fantastic restaurant, pool with a swim-up bar, tennis court, fitness center, spa, and more. Upon booking, you will receive more information.

$300 extra cleaning fee will apply if -

Fun Girls Weekend

The property is is a nice gated community and the home is brand new. Each bedroom had a bathroom and the master was huge. We enjoyed the patio in the mornings and there was plenty of furniture for the 5 of us. The kitchen had all the basics for us. We were about 20-25 minutes from town, so it's nice and quiet. The pool area at the resort wasn't too crowded and the in site restaurant was very good.

Family spring break getaway.

We enjoyed staying here. The house is very nice, clean, and well stocked with anything you could need. I would advise if booking here to do some research on the tides. We were here at a time where even at high tide the water was still pretty far out. I would consider staying here again when the high tide is at a higher level. Lesson learned! All in all it was an enjoyable stay.
