This quiet, newly renovated studio is surrounded by gorgeous trees and close to everything!

The best of what Chico has to offer just a short, beautiful stroll down tree lined Broadway to Downtown: shops, restaurants, nightlife and Sierra Nevada Brewery are all within walking distance.

Enjoy complimentary farm fresh eggs and seasonal produce from the owners urban farmstead.

Get plenty of sleep on the luxury mattress.
Rambler's Rest shares a wall with the main house, but has a private entrance and yard. You will have complete privacy in this attached guest house full of natural light.

Enjoy a good night's sleep in the luxury queen bed, a soak in the tub, or fresh coffee on the shady patio. This spacious studio is stylishly decorated and comfortable, the perfect place to recharge in peace.

Brand new kitchenette is fully stocked with spices, oven, stove, microwave, and toaster. Coffee, tea, and drinks provided as well as an assortment of complimentary single packed snacks.

Access to laundry provided for stays over a week.

There is more than enough on free parking on the wide street in front of the house.
