The 91 House is a beautiful and spacious nature-inspired home near magnificent Wildwood Park and its miles of hiking trails and breathtaking Paradise Falls, as well as Cal Lu University! Enjoy the bright, open floorplan with a relaxing, resort-style backyard with fire pit, dining and lounging areas. Enjoy congregating in our two separate living areas, each with big screen smart T Vs with all the major streaming apps! Walking distance to Trader Joe's and Thousand Oaks community pool, and steps away from beautiful hiking trails. We are an experienced family owned and operated provider of short term rentals with several years of experience working with all of the largest national and local housing companies. Our properties are managed by a professional real estate Brokerage with over 20 years of Property Management experience and a dedicated property support team.

If I could give this house at 91 Magellan more than 5 stars I absolutely would! This house is definitely your home away from home but also feels like a luxury hotel with all the fun and glam of Los Angeles right at your feet! The host Mr. Huggins was so professional, accommodating and had a prompt response to any questions we had. This home is spotless clean and fully equipped with everything your family may need. We enjoyed short drives to beautiful Malibu beach, fine dining or local grocery stores etc.. we appreciated all the ample seating of two dining rooms and two family/living spaces and a stunning fire place which made our family holiday experience warm, comfortable and flow with ease. Whether you’re looking for a couples getaway or family vacation home look no further.. you’ve found the perfect diamond! We will definitely be back.. by far the best vacation home our large family has fully enjoyed.
