Treehouse charm with 180 degree water view. Southwest exposure provides year 'round sunsets from our expansive deck while enjoying a nice dinner by the glowing light of the fire table. Roast marshmallows from your Adirondacks over the backyard firepit as you listen to the sound of the Albemarle lapping at the bulkhead. Kayaks, bicycles, fishing rods, table tennis and corn hole for two! Even a set of golf clubs should you care to do a round at the nearby Links at Mulberry Hill. About the host
Hosted by Julianne and Eric Worden

Julianne and (Eric) are both radio veterans and live in Norfolk. Jules is from Alexandria, Virginia, and I am from the state of Oregon. We love sharing our beautiful little home on the Albemarle Sound. Julianne has a passion for Horses and Exotic Beaches, and I love music and art. We have three adult kids and love wine, travel, Faith and family!
Why they chose this property
Most of all, we love the neighborhood and its proximity to Edenton. There are several spots along the northern shore of the Albemarle Sound that don’t get the same exposure to the sunset that we have… Nearly year-round… It’s an opportunity for a beautiful sunset. Absolutely charming location, and great neighbors too.
What makes this property unique
We may be quaint in size, but big in beauty. The massive deck… The big water, our giant tree growing up through the deck, all lit up at night… It’s like the ultimate tree fort, and along with several amenities, it’s a perfect place to unpack, unplug, and unwind,
