Looking for a beautiful Courtyard Villa in a great location? Look no more! Conveniently located between Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing, and close to Colony Plaza which includes grocery, gas, restaurants and more. This newly renovated villa is in the sought after Village of Charlotte. Located right in the middle of all the fun, this property is a short golf cart ride to the Charlotte Neighborhood pool, Captiva Recreation Center, shopping, and restaurants.
This property is appointed with all the comforts of home: Two-seater gas golf cart with golf cart bag holder, 2 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 queen, 2 baths, one with shower, other with tub shower. There is a pocket door in the guest hallway for your family and friends' privacy. Fully equipped kitchen. Outside includes enclosed lanai with loveseat and chairs, fenced in, pet-friendly courtyard with gas grill, dining area, and lounge chairs. Continue your relaxation in the evening hours with solar powered tiki torches.
You will have two options to obtain a guest pass. A guest ID is free, but if you want to make any type o f reservation such as golf tee times, you will need to purchase a lifestyle ID. There is a $50 fee for two passes, and this is not included in the rent cost. The passes are only valid during the time of your stay. I will send additional information prior to your stay so these can be ordered and ready when you arrive.
Make sure you read and understand the house rules that apply to the golf cart. The golf cart is being provided as a courtesy. If for any reason the cart does not function properly, you will not be given a replacement cart. You will be responsible for renting your own cart. If you would like to rent a cart instead, please let us know.

wonderful property

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful villa. It was super clean and well maintained. The screened in porch was so relaxing and the chaise lounges on the patio were very comfortable. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay

The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short or long term stay and it was immaculate. Host was so accommodating and the location was perfect to access Sumpter and Brownwood squares.

Excellent!

This villa is located in the southeastern section in the Village of Charlotte. It is very clean, well-stocked, comfortable mattresses, large TV & golf cart. Stephanie was an excellent host! We would highly recommend this villa & location. It was the perfect choice for our first visit to The Villages.
