Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We love this property! The owners are excellent hosts! Everything is very clean with great amenities and nicely supplied with basics, so you don't have to run to a store the minute you arrive. We enjoyed every bit of our stay at this home! It was super clean, organized and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The golf cart was perfect to have and we used it for daily golfing as well as transportation to dinners in the squares. This villa is located in the southeastern section in the Village of Charlotte. It is very clean, well-stocked, comfortable mattresses, large TV & golf cart. Stephanie was an excellent host! Beautiful home

This home is beautiful inside and out. The decor is so pretty, furniture is new and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The lanai is also beautiful and a lot of care has been put into this home. Communication with the owners was excellent. Can't wait to come back!
