The luxurious penthouse is located on the 3rd / 4th Floor (elevator available). With fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower cubicle (no bathtub), 1 living room with exit to the balcony, 2 bedrooms and 1 gallery room on the upper floor with direct access to the own terrace of 70m²

Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided
(no beach towels).
The air conditioning (cooling / heating) is billed by a coin counter
and must be paid by the tenant on site.
Smoking is only allowed outside.
The outdoor pool area (communal area) is only open during the summer months,

"Best Apartment In Torrox Costa"

Property very clean, well equipped and excellently located by the sea. the fantastic roof terrace is the icing on the cake. Lots of Brownie points for me because I booked this without discussing with my wife and she reckons I got us the best apartment in Torrox Costa. If we ever come back to this area we would not think of staying anywhere else.

It's a great apartment with fantastic views from two balconies .The top balcony is huge with a great BBQ. Very well equipped with all you need. Pool was good & the location was ideal to explore the local area - Nerja is very nice. Communication with owner and the rep in Torrox was first class - always on hand. We had a great holiday.

We have stayed here previously. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting relatives close by. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants and of course right by the beach. We had an issue regarding cleanliness this time and due to family commitments we did not report this at the time. I think the apartment should be checked pre new occupancy as it felt like it had been a little while since it was cleaned and we are assuming it is cleaned after the last occupancy leaves which could be a little period of time in between. We would still consider using the apartment again.

Perfect - Double Balcony & Sea view

Spacious, bright & a little quirky :) Apartment is fabulous. The two balconies are a real treat - we used downstairs as 'functional' and upstairs to entertain and made used of the BBQ. There was a problem with the airvon when we stayed - they were really quick to fix it, so no complaints. It's a shame it's on a meter, but we turned hunting for euro coins into a game with the kids. Location is superb, away from the 'main town' so nice and quiet, but clpse enough to walk in - though plenty of nice restaurants where we were. It's on a road - we didn't notice the noise that others have reviewed about at all - you can hear the boat yard opposite - quite a sport to watch them operate! Overall, fabulous place, fabulous stay. Highly recommend!

Goede ligging dicht bij zee, prachtig uitzicht, helaas in de avond ook wel veel tentjes dicht (augustus). Voor het hoogseizoen rustig maar wel lekker. Fijn zwembad bij het complex kan op elk moment gebruik van gemaakt worden. Appartement inrichting wat verouderd inclusief bedden en kussens. Maar verder alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Ik zou het zelf schooner hebben als ik wat zou verhuren maar dat ligt een beetje aan je standaard. We gingen vooral ook voor de goede prijs, ligging, ruimte en zwembad en dat was goed. 1 klein nadeel de drukke weg die voor langs loopt en het lawaai van de autos en scooters.

Es la segunda vez que alquilo la propiedad, desde mi punto de vista deberían renovar algunas cosas por ejemplo los colchones de las camas individuales entre otras. Goed verblijf in een mooi appartement met voldoende faciliteiten, alleen erg jammer dat onderhoud van het complex achteruit holt en effect heeft op de totaal-ervaring.

Thank you for renting our flat a second time. I find your assessment of the estate somewhat superficial. The complex was completely painted in the spring and there are weekly cleaning staff and gardeners to look after it.

Wir waren 5 Wochen in der Wohnung,und es war genau die richtige Entscheidung. Traumhafte Wohnung mit toller Umgebung. Schon das einchecken Problemlos,es gab keinerlei Probleme. Es war alles vorhanden,mann musste sich nur noch die Zeit zum Genießen nehmen. Viel Platz,weit ab von jedem Trubel,am Meer mit Sicht auf die Berge. Der perfekte Startplatz für alle Unternehmungen. Lovely spacious appartment

We really enjoyed our stay here. The appartment is very spacious and we especially enjoyed the roof terrace! There is everything you need for your stay, we wanted for nothing. Bed was very comfortable. Walking distance from the costa and lots of lovely bars/restaurants.

Lovely apartment to stay in and close to amenities. Great to be able to sit out and watch the world go by. Only criticism would be very hard mattresses but a couple of wines always helps.
