Enjoy the views of the harbor, beach and boats from your kitchen, dining and living room.

This property is uniquely located, offering guests the views of Newport Harbor and just steps to the ocean. Just outside your door, enjoy the bay front beach and the view as the boats go by.

Professionally managed and maintained by BeachView Realty our local property manager.

The home is located on the second floor and is nicely decorated with three-bedrooms and two-baths. The living room has a large fireplace with dining room, a kitchen with all the essentials, and a private outdoor patio. There is also an office with high speed internet and desk.

Our unique location is directly across from a sandy bay beach with views of the beautiful Newport Bay, Lido island, and the boats of Newport Harbor.

The property is walking distance to the many attractions of the Newport Peninsula. Walk to the Fun Zone and the ferry to Balboa Island, or the many restaurants, piers or rent a bike and take a ride on the bike path to your favorite location.

The home has wonderful views. This is not your typical beach rental! We use the property as a second home..

The bedrooms are nicely decorated. The King and Queen bedrooms are spacious. The 3rd bedroom is Ideal for teens and or children and has full size bunk beds on top and bottom. Please note it is accessed through the master bedroom and patio deck.

Enjoy the boats passing by from your living and dinning room, a real treat everyday especially during the Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade. The bay beach across from the property is great for families. Have fun in Newport harbor on the water, as there are boat and kayak rentals nearby. You can also kayak or paddle board from the beach in front of the house.

This is a lovely property. Owner was quick and responsive when I contacted him. But one Big issue.. no ac.Very uncomfortable for social gathering/ having dinner. I stayed 4 nights.3 of them.. we had to eat outside because of the heat. Stiffing even with all the fans they supplied and all the windows and doors open. Cools off at night, but between 12 noon-6pm was miserable in the main living area.This could easily be solved if Owner invested in two ac units to put up on walls in the living room.It cools off by around 8pm so sleeping was fine.For the price I paid.. ac should be included . Book winter months and you will not have a problem.I was there last week of Sept. was 75-80 degrees and not fun during the day to be in the house.

This VRBO was perfect for us! Amazing Bay beach view-and perfect location having 2 toddlers with us. Clean and pretty! Owner is very responsive. We will be returning to this beach spot, for sure!

The perfect location

This house is a beautiful getaway in the heart of Newport. Minutes to all you want to see and do. The kitchen is well stocked. The only disappointment was having to go through the master for the 3rd bedroom. We would come back however. We had a beautiful time!

Impeccably clean and bright

The kids loved the back bedroom. Kitchen was very functional and furnishings were very nice. We really enjoyed walking the neighborhood and the short distance to the beach. Only drawback for us was we didn’t realize there was a rental property below us so we were concerned about being too loud with 3 kids and a dog.

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed here with two 18-year-olds and an 11-year-old. Bedroom space was good. Just know that the room with the bunkbeds is off the deck but only steps from the master. Our vehicle, Jeep Wagoneer, was able to be parked parallel to the garage door. The vehicle could fit in the garage height, but length was too long. A Ford Explorer without a roof rack could probably fit. Washer and dryer worked well. There was a brita filter to use in the fridge. One role of paper towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper provided. Limited Tupperware. All in all, was a great stay and would stay here again.

Beautiful view!

We we’re traveling with our three year old and having the sandy area right across the street was a huge bonus. Couches and beds could use a little update, but all in all, everything was pretty clean. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay again, however, if you have little kids, the downstairs unit might be a better option. We felt like the people below us could hear all the toddler noise.

Terrific location!

Can't beat location. Home was clean and very pretty. Only drawback is the floor plan. You have to walk through the master bedroom to access the bunk bed room and office. There is no bathroom access from the bunk bed room without going through master. Still would have rented it, but it changed how we had everyone sleep. Wish I had known ahead of time.

Terrific Location

This property is in the perfect location. You can walk to the harbor or the ocean within minutes. Plenty of restaurants and things to do around the property. They had chairs, paddleboards, boogie boards and bikes for use. The unit is located upstairs where there is an additional patio in the back that has a large table, BBQ and couches. The front of the unit has a small patio with table and umbrella. The unit is clean, the kitchen is stocked with enough dishes, and utensils to cook. The unit is well laid out, with a living room/dining room combo. If you need a place to stay and want to be near Lido Village, this is a gem! The management staff is friendly and responds quickly!

The stay was fine, but the house needs windows. There are no windows to open. You got the fan, but you really need windows in the living room to get the airflow. It’s just stale and noisy with the fans and the TV should be upgraded. The sound is starting to crackle on the speakers, but the Availability of the TV just isn’t that good for the money we spend which I’ve stayed there three times already it should be upgraded a little more convenient.

Lovely Stay

We absolutely loved the view of the bay and the ability to take paddle boards from the garage across the street for use whenever we wanted. The street is nice and quiet and you can walk across Balboa to get to the beach very easily. Also, the beach around ninth street and around there is not too crowded. The previous reviews were very helpful in knowing that you had to walk through the master bedroom, if you wanted to use the bathroom from the bunk room at night. That was not a big deal for us but something to consider. We loved the upstairs outdoor space. You can get to it from the master bedroom and the bunk room also has a door from the space. The walls were high and it was nice to be able to sit outside and still feel like you had a private space.

Fell in love with the unique location of this property on the peninsula. Having a semi private beach in front of the house made this the perfect location. The Newport harbor is one the prettiest private yacht harbors in the world and having a view of it everyday from the living room made it even more special.

What makes this property unique

The bay beach is the perfect place to put out a beach chair and relax as you watch the sailboats go by. Perfect place to launch paddle boards and explore Newport harbor. Christmas time is really spectacular with the all the homes decorated and the watching the annual Newport Christmas boat parade right from the living room or stepping out to the beach and watching it as it passes by in front of the house is amazing.
