Great centralized location for all of the activities we had planned for our trip. Home had everything needed for our stay, including extra towels which was a plus! Check-in and out was simple and communication was prompt and answered all questions. Would stay again if back in the area!!

No not welcoming to pets. Backyard was horrible. So so many spider webs, disgusting uncleaned yard. Poop from prior dog stay. Rotting oranges everywhere and tools laying around that clearly had not been touched for months. BBQ also full of webs, uncleaned grill, not useable! House inside was clean and spacious. Would not stay again only because property manager rude and very unaccommodating to my request for couple hundred dollar refund due to disappointing backyard. It was not an unreasonable request. We took wonderful care of house and left clean inside and out.

Nice house. Good location. Great communication.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house. From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The check-in process was a breeze - quick, easy, and hassle-free. The management team deserves special praise for their outstanding communication. They were incredibly responsive to our inquiries and made us feel welcomed right from the start. It's evident that they care about their guests' experiences and go the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. The house's location is perfect for Disneyland trip. Neighborhood is quite. Overall, our stay at this house exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable experience near Disneyland.

The property was as described. All of the windows were open when I arrived, which I thought was odd. I thought security (door locks) could've been a little more secure. There was only a simple lock on the back sliding door. The window slats in that room also seemed a little lax in security. I feel like someone could've broken in very easily, although no one did. I was able to cook in the kitchen, but there were no dishes to put leftovers in and nothing to cover the plates (foil, saran wrap, etc). I felt there could've been more supplies. The kitchen faucet was very loose - my son-in-law hand tightened the bolt/screw which helped.I received too many notifications regarding early/late check in and check out. I felt like it was a service they were promoting for extra cash. I found it more annoying than helpful. One notification would've been adequate.

I hesitated to leave a review. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, and there were certainly many positive things about this place. I can see though that the listing is still inaccurate, so I want to warn future guests. First, there are only 3 beds in this house. We had counted on 4, as per the listing. The couch does not fold out. The ottoman does but it’s very tiny, and there was zero extra bedding. We had to run to Target the night we got there and buy bedding. I provided this feedback and was told that the listing would be updated. We were not offered compensation for having to buy our own bedding. Besides the foosball table and one book, there were no books or games that are mentioned in the listing. There were very few towels, just one per person for the week. The kitchen was relatively well equipped, but the front burners on the stove didn’t work and the kitchen faucet was extremely loose. One shower did not get hot water. We tolerated these things, but the final straw was that the plumbing completely backed up when we started a load of laundry. We had noticed that the bathtub was draining slowly from the beginning, but ultimately the washer, tub, and shower wouldn’t drain and actually backed up with dirty water. The toilets wouldn’t flush. As soon as this all happened we let the host know, and they assured us that a plumber would come. The plumber came but did not resolve the issues. We were ultimately refunded for our remaining nights but had to convince the host.
