We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly, which made our trip so much easier. The view was absolutely beautiful, especially the sunsets. Everything was just as pictured, so there were no surprises when we arrived. The host was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo!

Perfect location. Condo was beautiful and spacious. Loved the view of the beach. We go to PCB every year. This condo was very reasonably priced. Just a note for future travelers (and not a knock on the host at all): the resort has breed restrictions on pets and we didn't know about it until we got there. We have an Australian Shepherd pup and they almost didn't allow her because she has "shepherd" in her breed name, even though her breed is not on the disallowed list. We had a great time. Went on the pier, saw dolphins most mornings, collected sea shells with the kids. Thank you!

My family and I had a great trip! This was our second time in this unit. The balcony is very spacious and offers perfect sunset views. The unit is clean, very quiet, kitchen accessories for cooking and plenty of beach chairs! Chip is very prompt in responding and making sure that you have everything needed for your stay. Definitely recommend!

Condo was clean, kitchen well stocked, comfortable living room. Wonderful communication with host, quick responses and detailed instructions. Elevators were fast, grounds were very nice, great dog walking areas!! Views were amazing from the balcony!! Quick and easy access to the beach!! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Everything about our stay was phenomenal! Chip was amazing to deal with, right from the time of our booking, up to our check out….so helpful and quick to respond with any questions. Our stay began at sunset, the view over the beach with the soothing colors of the setting sun set the tone for the weekend. A beachfront fly-by of the Blue Angels in tight formation made our Saturday morning memorable. At night sitting on the balcony sipping a cocktail and listening to the surf crashing on the beach made for relaxing time, and morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves come ashore was calming.

Friends Birthday Trip

Easy check in/check out process. The property is located in a central PCB area with easy access to restaurants and shops. I think we caught the tail end of spring break so it was pretty busy, but overall a great visit and would stay again.

Just Book It!!!

We loved this amazing condo!! First time at PCB and we chose the absolutely most amazing place to stay. Chris the owner was so fast to respond and made sure everything was perfect when we arrived. This place and people are extremely dog friendly too. We had the best time here. You won’t regret staying here.
