Take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Ensure the parking pass has been returned.

Ensure that ceiling fan remotes are still on the wall.

Ensure that the Pool Key has been returned.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The use of candles is strictly prohibited. Evidence of use results in $200 fine. Ceiling fan remotes must remain on wall. Lost one results in $50 fine

There is only one car allowed per unit. A parking pass is required to remain in the rearview mirror. Loss of pass results in a $175 fine.

The pool keys are regulated by the condo association. A lost key results in a $150 fine.

Loved all the spices in the place, didn't have to run to the store as soon as we got there. Owner was very responsive to any questions and ensured any issue was taken care of right away. Nice pool and area. Would stay there again.
