Crescent Keyes 701 is located in the heart of Crescent Beach. Walking distance to oceanfront restaurant Molly Darcy's and just a 5 minute drive to Barefoot Landing.

Crescent Keyes itself offers numerous ocean front amenities and is staffed by onsite security during summer season.

***The condo will be clean and the beds made upon your arrival. ALL linens for the condo will be provided for you minus beach towels. This also includes a starter pack of paper products, trash bags, and toiletries. You will have to replenish after using.**

**We are proud to be able to offer you travel insurance. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for all unexpected situations. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance please understand no refunds will be given for things such as hurricanes, traveling issues, or Covid 19. We strongly recommend it.**

This condo complex is the most requested in the Crescent Beach area. Free high speed WiFi with your own dedicated login. Working from the condo will be no problem. Recent speed test is available if needing a visual confirmation of the speed.

You will have 2 parking passes for your entire stay, and pool passes will be left in the condo during the summer season when they are required.

The parking garage has a height restriction of 6'8. Please be aware if bringing a high top passenger van it may not fit in the parking garage. There is no offsite parking.

GUEST OCCUPANCY including small children, infants and visitors shall not exceed the stated occupancy number for the unit. Overcrowding is a violation of the lease and you will be asked to vacate the premises.

HOUSE PARTIES AND UNDERAGE GUESTS: House parties will not be tolerated. Any complaint from the police, onsite security or a homeowner's association will result in all members of the group being evicted immediately and without refund. The minimum age to book and check in is 25.

Needs new mattresses

The building is very well maintained and clean. Unit overall is very nice but beware the mattresses (all of them) incredibly uncomfortable. The kitchen could use a bit more silverware and newer bakeware and pans. I would stay again if there were better mattresses.
