For an easy stroll with gorgeous views of the mountains, head to Lake Tomahawk park which is only a few blocks from downtown. Here you can walk the half-mile loop trail around the lake and enjoy views of Graybeard Mountain and other surrounding peaks. Around town, you’ll find a wide variety of places to eat to fuel up between adventures. The Blue Ridge Biscuit Company, Louise’s Kitchen, and the Trailhead are all popular restaurants. My Father’s Pizza is a long-standing local favorite as well!
Interior Features Include: Modern, newly built home with easy access to downtown Black Mountain. Open floor plan, perfect for entertaining and letting in an abundance of natural light. Full kitchen equipped with all essentials, stainless appliances and a drip coffee maker and french press. There are 2 streaming TV’s in the home.
Accommodations: Sleeps 6 guests. The large owner's retreat has a king-size bed, large closet, and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and the third has 2 twin bedrooms. High Speed Internet (1G) is provided as well as 2 office desks with conference chairs - perfect for a relaxing weekend or an extended stay for working remotely.

• Cottonwood Properties provides a "starter package" of consumable goods for your stay, which includes a limited amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, one dish sponge, dishwasher tabs (if applicable), and laundry pods or detergent. Our hope is for you to begin enjoying your stay as soon as you arrive, however, the items included in the "starter package" are not meant to last the duration of your stay. Please plan to pack or purchase items you may need beyond was is provided.
• Our check in time is at 4:00 p.m. and our check out time is at 10:00 a.m. We ask that you please be respectful of these times to allow our cleaning team to properly prepare the house and for the next guests to enjoy their stay as much as we hope you do! Adjusting either time may be possible, upon request and depending on availability, for an additional $25 fee.

This home is Pet Friendly, should you choose to bring a pet there will be a $75 pet fee added to your reservation, with $35 for each additional pet. We advertise on multiple platforms and sometimes our pet fee does not populate in your reservation. If you decide to bring a pet, please notify the host, and we will add your $75 pet fee to your reservation. Failure to notify us of the pet will result in a $250 penalty.
