This home is just minutes from downtown shopping, dining, King Street live music and breweries, and the hiking/biking trails of Bracken Preserve! This beautiful Brevard home boasts prime convenience and custom comforts. Showcasing 10-feet high ceilings this three-bedroom retreat features classic Arts and Crafts style and a whole suite of upgrades for modern guest living. Enjoy outdoor entertainment in the private, fully enclosed backyard or relax around the gas fire table on the front porch - the perfect spot for morning coffee or a nightcap. A dedicated bike locker provides secure storage if you plan to bring your bike along. Golf, breweries, hiking trails, and fly-fishing activities are available in the area, and you can ride your bike from the house to Bracken Mountain to enjoy the downhills Pinnacle and Bushy Creek trails.

The stainless steel kitchen features sparkling granite counters and all the appliances you'll need for at-home meal planning, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy meals and. game nights at the dining table set for six and unwind in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. A gas fireplace adds a cozy touch of ambiance for evening gatherings. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Primary guests will enjoy a private en suite bathroom and direct backyard access, along with a smart TV for added convenience. Two guest rooms share access to a full bathroom in the hallway.

Streaming services are available using guests' own accounts. Living room areas are located on the first floor (ground level). Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
